Welcome to the IHRA Jr Dragster Rules 2022 Contract. This contract outlines the rules and regulations governing the use and participation in the IHRA Jr Dragster competition for the year 2022. All participants are required to adhere to the terms and conditions set forth in this contract. Failure to comply may result in disciplinary action or disqualification from the competition.

Contract Terms
This agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into as of the date of acceptance of the IHRA Jr Dragster Rules 2022 (“Effective Date”) by and between the International Hot Rod Association, Inc., a division of IRG Sports + Entertainment (“IHRA”), and the Participant identified below (“Participant”). Participant acknowledges and agrees that participation in the IHRA Jr Dragster competition is subject to the rules and regulations set forth in the IHRA Rulebook, as may be amended from time to time by IHRA. Participant further acknowledges and agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing participation in motorsports events, including but not limited to, safety, eligibility, and conduct requirements. IHRA reserves the right to modify the IHRA Jr Dragster Rules 2022 at any time in its sole discretion. Participant will be provided with notice of any changes to the rules and regulations, and any modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on the IHRA website or other designated communication channels. Participant`s continued participation in the competition following the posting of any revised rules and regulations constitutes acceptance of such changes. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under or relating to this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in the State of Florida.
